We want you to be completely satisfied with your Celara Celebrations gift box. Due to the nature of our curated luxury gift products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.

DAMAGES & ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon pickup and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at info@celaracelebrations.com.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Custom gift boxes and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

ORDERS & PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.

LOCAL PICKUP Available: Celara Celebrations currently offers local pickup for customers in the Cypress, Katy, Fulshear, The Woodlands, and Magnolia, TX areas. Pickup details will be communicated after your order is confirmed.

Shipping — Please allow 1–3 days for us to lovingly prepare your order. Once ready, it ships USPS Priority and arrives within 1–3 days. About 2–6 days from order to doorstep

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: We make every effort to display our gift box contents accurately. Product substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be made based on availability.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Some gift boxes contain alcohol accessories or items intended for adults. By purchasing these items, you confirm that the recipient is 21 years of age or older.

LIABILITY: Celara Celebrations is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products contained in gift boxes. Ingredient information is available upon request.
