We take pride in carefully curating every order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing — most orders are prepared and ready within 48–72 hours. Orders placed on holidays or after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be prepared the following business day.
Shipping — Once your order is ready, it ships via USPS Priority Mail and arrives within 1–3 days.
Local Pickup — For those in The Woodlands & Cypress, complimentary local pickup is available. We'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time once your order is ready.

From there, we’ll schedule a quick call or consultation to discuss your vision, event details, and budget. Once we align on the details, we’ll send over a proposal and get your date secured with a deposit.
