We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for standard arches, columns, and bouquets, and 6–8 weeks for weddings, large events, or custom backdrops. Peak season (March–May and November–December) fills up fast, so the earlier the better. Have something last-minute? Reach out anyway — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. Every installation includes professional delivery, on-site setup, and styling. Backdrop and column rentals also include post-event pickup. Delivery starts at $50 within the Houston Loop; outside that, fees are quoted based on distance.

Air-filled balloon arches, garlands, and columns last 1–3 days indoors — often a full week if conditions are right. Helium bouquets stay floating for 12–24 hours (latex) or up to a week (foil/mylar). Outdoor installations are subject to sun and wind, which shorten lifespan; we’ll always set expectations based on your venue.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 14 days out receive a credit toward a future event; within 14 days the deposit is forfeited.

Absolutely. Send us your color palette, inspiration photos, invitation, or brand colors and we’ll match as closely as possible. For very specific shades, we offer double-stuffed balloons (one balloon inside another) for an upcharge — this lets us create custom tones that aren’t available off the shelf.

Yes — with a few notes. Outdoor installations require sturdier framing and weather reinforcement, which adds $50–$150 to your total. We don’t recommend organic or helium-based decor in direct Houston summer sun or high wind. We’ll walk you through the right setup for your venue and weather forecast.

Yes! Celara Celebrations also creates custom gift boxes — perfect to pair with a balloon bouquet for milestone deliveries, or to send guests home with a sweet surprise from your event. Ask about our gift box add-ons when you request a quote.

Life happens. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance are honored at no extra cost (subject to availability). Within 14 days, a $75 rescheduling fee applies to cover materials already prepped.

Yes, we offer grab-and-go balloon garlands and pre-inflated bouquets for clients who want to handle their own setup. These are priced 20–30% lower than full-service installations. Available for pickup at our Houston studio.
